Why dean's dogs
“When I had the opportunity to create a new guitar pick design for the tour, I knew I wanted to do something that meant something to me. For whatever reason, all I thought of was our five dogs we rescued over the years.
Dean’s Dogs is a nonprofit foundation created with the sole purpose of giving back. The money raised will help support various dog rescues every month in ways necessary for each to succeed in saving lives. There are so many people working tirelessly, and still so many dogs that need help. I want to help.
I think in many cases, people don’t give rescue dogs and shelters much thought. And, other times, misconceptions of rescue dogs can get in the way of people adopting. Our mission is to educate, advocate and raise money to help get dogs out of shelters and with families.”
